On Saturday, January 19th, the baseball world lost two great Hall of Fame legends as the Cardinals' great Stan Musial and the Orioles' greatest manager, Earl Weaver both passed away. Musial, quite simply, was a maginificent hitter and one of baseball's all-time greatest hitters. The mercurial Weaver was instrumental in leading Orioles' teams to a generation of greatness in Baltimore. Both of these men made lasting impressions on the game in their respective capacities and will be long remembered by any baseball fan who appreciated the 20th Century brand of the game.
