Monday Night Week 3 Preview:
Green Bay -3 At Chicago 46
The NFL's oldest rivalry is renewed on Monday night at Soldier Field as both 2-0 teams attempt to make a statement for early dominance in the NFC North. Both teams have performed quite well on both sides of the ball so far as the Bears' run defense has been a brick wall and the Pack's pass D has been really stingy. Jay Cutler (currently with a 121.2 rating) has played well in the first two games and it looks like the arrangement with OC Mike Martz is off to a flying start. But the bloom on that rose can fade in a blink of an eye as Cutler has hardly been a model of consistency. Aaron Rodgers (with a current rating of 94) has been somewhat muted in the first two games. However, this ought to change this week as the Bears' secondary can be exploited. Since the Packers' running game is some what deficient, look for Rodgers to air it out in a big way.
Projected Final Score: Green Bay 24, Chicago 20
