Last week, the Bucs came out with their vintage uniforms and
played like the Bucs of old as Drew Brees riddled the secondary with four touchdown
passes. Freeman and the Bucs’ offense put 28 points up on the board but simply
could not compete against Brees in a track meet. This week, they have another
touch challenge as they travel to the Baggie Dome and a date with the Vikes. AP
had a big day last week, rushing for over a buck-and-a-half against the
Cardinals in a 21-14 home win. The Bucs’ run D is stout but the secondary can
be had. Look for Christian Ponder to take advantage of the deficiencies in the
secondary all night long.
Projected
Final Score: Minnesota 23, Tampa Bay 14
