Congratulations Troy!

One of the mainstays of the three-time Super Bowl Champions, Troy Brown, hung up his spikes today at a news conference in Foxboro. Short of selling popcorn and programs, Troy did just about everything for the Patriots. He was a terrific receiver, kick returner and even played a little bit in the defensive backfield when called upon. The number of great plays he made over the course of his 15-year career is too lengthy to mention. While he may not get a bust and yellow jacket in Canton, he is assuredly a Patriots’ Hall of Famer. He performed at a high level with little or no fanfare, and will be remembered fondly by Patriots’ fans and football lovers everywhere. We wish Troy well in his future endeavors.
