Last week, the Skins won in OT while the Eagles blew an opportunity to win on the road with two fumbles and an interception. Washington was at home, playing a poor team. The Eagles present a more formidable challenge. Even though it’s only Week 2, it is a divisional game and a long-standing grudge match that spans the ages of the NFL. Philly’s at home and will not start off 0-2 in the NFC East.
