What do you think? Coach C. makes his return to Jacksonville, to the team he was instrumental in taking from a group of expansion rag-tags to the playoff contenders in short order. They may say that it’s just another game on the schedule, but make no doubt about it, this is personal. There would be no happier person in the USA than the former Jaguar coach walking off the field on Monday night victorious, and there would be no more miserable person in the land than the Giants’ coach walking off in defeat. The Giants are banged up on both sides of the ball, but fear is a tremendous motivator. Coughlin’s players, sensing the impending wrath and doom that would come with an embarrassing defeat will rally. Besides, with Dallas’ play in recent weeks, the NFC East is getting tight, and the G-Men really need this one badly.
