"Leftover Turkeys"
Week 12 MNF Preview:
At Seattle -9.5 Green Bay 42.5

OK, so maybe this one won’t be reason for Packer Nation to fall into a delirious state of drunken excess. Are you guessing that the bigwigs on Madison Ave. are perhaps rethinking the wisdom of scheduling this one on prime time? Betcha the bowling alleys in and around the Beer Capitol of the USA ought to be hopping. Hopefully the noise in the bars and bowling alleys will drown out the commentary of the current MNF crew, (though Tirico is a top notch pro, one "analyst" ought to stick with his PTI and newspaper gigs while the other can go back to preening himself in front of the mirror). This current crew is terrible, simply dreadful. After Week 1, the mute button put a quick end to their utterly interminable, insufferable banter. And the "guest stars" in the booth detract even further from the action. Where are Howard and Dandy Don when you need them?

Alas, the once-proud and mighty Packers travel to the Great Northwest for a showdown with the struggling Seahawks. Green Bay is about as good as the current MNF broadcast crew.
Last week, the Pack did not even belong on the same field with New England, which was sad to see. This week, the 9 ½ is almost like (watering) on the shoes of the Great Coach Lombardi, but after last week, such disrespect is warranted. Now that Hasselbeck’s back, look for Seattle to start getting their offense back in gear just in time for the stretch run. Brett has a bad elbow, his backup is out, and it looks like a dreary conclusion to the Packers’ season.

Projected Final Score: Seattle 27, Green Bay 10.
